Learning Mosaic is operated by Hill Country Ed Leadership (HCEL), an educational 501(c)(3) offering a variety of learning opportunities to learners of all ages in the hill country and rural areas of Texas. Since its launch in 2019 by veteran educators, over 1000+ students and educators have benefited from engaging experiences through HCEL's programs and partnerships.
